A Traverse City Condo with a Tuscany-Inspired Interior – MyNorth.com

An Uptown Riverfront Townhome is featured in Traverse Magazine’s Home Tour on October 13. This is a rare opportunity to see one of the finest new homes in Downtown Traverse City. There is just one other Riverfront unit available, Unit I. While they share similar footprints, each of the Riverfront townhome is fully customized to meet the space and lifestyle needs of the home owner, including floor plan layout and wall locations. Because of that, there is not much to see but open studs in the unfinished unit, so this is a chance to see the possibilities, then make your own plan!
Tour Hours are 10AM to 5PM. There is no parking on premises, but parking is available on the street or in the municipal lots adjacent to Uptown and across the street. Please sign in at the Uptown Cityside Model and Sales Office at 135 W State Street. Call Mike Wills for details. 231-922-3000
This is a very popular event. Tickets and more information are available online at: A Traverse City Condo with a Tuscany-Inspired Interior – MyNorth.com

The price for this is $379,000 including the finished bathroom and shower on that level. See the Cityside floor plans.
